AJAS is looking for a scientist who can serve AJAS as an associate(section) editor (AE) for meat science and muscle biology. Main role of AE is to screen manuscripts, and to oversee review & revision process. Usually no more than 4 manuscripts are assigned to each AE per month. This is a volunteer position.
